It’s not sadistic, I’m not an easy target, but I let it be, never been one to hurt to hate, but I need the wounds to learn the healing process. It’s the knowledge I seek.
It’s the recovery process that teaches me.
So I’ve indulged in the spiritual, the emotional, the mental and the physical, to extremes in all and am still engaging because I’m still not sore.
